The Cretors' Food Processing System Division manufacturers industrial production lines ( Flo-Thru® ) that are used to process snacks (popcorn and pellets), nuts and cereals. The main components in the lines are our proprietary ovens, kettles and coating systems. The lines can be divided into two categories: hot-air systems (air popping/expansion) or oil-frying (wet popping). The lines can be further categorized into savory lines and sweet/caramel lines. Production lines can range in size from 80 lbs/hr up to over 10,000 lbs/hr. |
