Competitive Fishing Team

Team Ranger Bob is a competitive inshore Trout and Redfish fishing team located in Houston Texas. Team Ranger Bob is made up of Robert L Morgan and Lance Humbarger, they have a combined total of fifty years experience fishing for Trout and Redfish along with twelve years as touring competitors. We will be displaying our team as well as our sponsors and provide a tournament by tournament listing of the top finishers and how they placed. Tales From The Deck

At this writing Team Ranger Bob has not committed to a 2009 tournament schedule.

We still have plenty of issues left over from 2008, mainly a broken transom on the Ranger and FLWs decision to leave Tournament Red Fishing for College Bass Fishing and of course Ike did not help anything for us or the other local teams.

We will still be attending the Houston Boat Show and The Houston Fishing show working with American Rodsmiths, Lance will continue to work on the behalf of Bass Pro Shops. We will also be available to all our other sponsors and prospective sponsors as the year continues to progress.

The passing of Ike has saddened me greatly and as of yet I have not been able to make myself fish our bay system or even travel any farther south than La Marque, at least gas has gone down in price and we will all be better off for it, the economy is in the tank for most of the country but our area has been spared the worst for now.
